Simply put, this is a bare bones, please deal with my lack of architectural/mathematical genius, rough sketch at best, overhead view of the market.  Loading doors C & D are on the south side of the building.  The vendor registration offices are on the east side of the building.  Booths are marked with their size and number as well as the occasional ABC.  These are on booths that can be split into smaller booths with temporary, though very stable, walls, should there be a need.  It is a document that I converted into a jpeg file to get it on the website and is slightly fuzzy.  I apologize but hope it does the job of meeting a need.
